This handy punch-down impact tool is spring-loaded for terminating twisted pair cable into 110-style patch panels, connecting blocks, and keystone jacks. It features a dual-function blade (cut/punch) for cutting wire or pushing into IDC terminal. The blade can be swapped from the cut side using the twist and lock collar socket.

The impact adjustment dial allows for setting the force of the spring-action from low to high, to accommodate different installation requirements. The blade can be stored in the pocket at the bottom of the tool, with the sharp edge facing inward.

The housing of this Study Impact Tool is impact-resistant, with an easy-grip tread design. The reversible 110 blade can be used for cutting or placing wires. To insert or remove the blade, the user should pull down the neck collar on the tool, insert or remove the blade while holding down the collar, and then release the collar.
